HAVOC is a central PA VW enthusiast's car club. You don't have to own a VW, you just have to appreciate them. We like to get together at least once a month, to hang out, and have a monthly gathering (Cruise Night). We visit local restaurants and attractions, take cruises in our VW's to car shows, go bowling, go to Hershey Bears games, and the most obvious; host the Volkfest, a high popular Show & Shine and Swap Meet.
